    For the Armenians? (Lots of them in California, I know.) I thought that the Turks never admitted that.

    Last I heard they sure hadn't. i wonder if this is a purely symbolic thing, California giving its stamp of approval to purely theoretical reparations. Too lazy to look it up, though....
