Thank you for the kind words-- I really don't deserve them. Specifics:
First book? That would be ambitious.
I adore Nabakov, who is on an entirely different plane than I.
Luis != that worthy, whom I honor. (Have you heard his "I'm Mike Tyson" speech?)
Dumas was a big teddy bear of a fellow. I can't find my favorite picture of him online, with his mistress at the end of his life, after they've attended a seance-ish affair. She is scandalously showing bare arms and legs, and he is smiling.

Bloody good!
bravo, Odie-kins!
Brilliant, Bill-- I'll link it!
Nice job. Congratulations!
So when will we see your first book?
I've been reading a lot of stories lately: Nabokov's and, just now, yours. I liked yours better.
Hee-hee-hee
Another from Luis:
"Yeah bro, I'd be a kick-ass gay man. I'd be bad, ya' know. I mean, I wouldn't take no shit from nobody."
It went on like this for awhile. Thing is, he wasn't talking to anyone, just thinking out loud. . .

Ida Ferrer! (Just remembered said mistress's name.)
And then misspelled it.
Ferrier!
Haven't heard the Mike Tyson story. . .do I want to? Of course, I do, what am I saying?
Someone already said "Damn good." So I'll have to think of something else. In the mean time, Really Damn Good will have to do!
