I remember the brief time in the early 1990s when hyperfiction was The Next Big Thing. Then the Web happened.

Hyperfiction is still the next big thing, much like Brazil is still the country of the future (and always will be).

In seriousness, Twine has allowed a fair bit of creativity to flourish among non-coders. Not everything is Zork anymore--or even Birdland.

I've played through a few more at this point; I'll add reviews to the blog.
