Jolly good! It even appears in the picture that the poles are arranged in properly aesthetic fashion, at least as I learned it from the Crow.
Does it have a guest room??
Amusingly, the pole arrangement forms a rather flat and misshapen hyberpolic paraboloid. As for the guest room, well, we shall have to see about adding a second story. ~314 sq. ft. does not stretch as far as one might hope.
